Jordan Grove Mission

GENERAL MISSION

The Jordan Grove Mission Society serves as a source of hope, encouragement, and strength as we strive to actively display the truth of God's word to the members of the church, as well as throughout the 3rd Ward community of Houston and beyond.

Below is a list of activities that Jordan Grove mission groups engage in:

• Food Pantry
• Care Ministry (ministers to the elderly)
• Feeding and ministering to the homeless
• Mentoring Program for Troubled Youth
• Jail/Prison visits and Bible Studies
• Provide transportation to Dr's appointments etc.
• Home based Bible Study for shut in members

FOREIGN MISSIONSWe positively impact foreign mission ministry by continuing to provide monetary support to the National Baptist Convention of America, Inc. Department of Foreign Missions. We also support the Gambia, Africa project on a regular basis.
